- Where are your products made? Our spices are produced here in the UK.
- Are our products vegan? Absolutely! Our spices are vegan-friendly.
- How should I store the spices? We recommend storing spices in a cool, dark, dry place. Avoid keeping them near heat, light or moisture, as this will cause them to lose their flavour.
- Allergies and intolerances: Any allergens present in our products are listed in bold in the ingredients list on the back of our packaging.
- Are your spices gluten-free? No, our product contains gluten from durum wheat semolina.
- What is the best before date? All our current seasoning sachets have a best-before date of December 2025.
Best-before dates indicate the period of peak quality, not food safety. Our seasonings are safe to use past this date if stored in a cool, dry place.
Orders
- I want to cancel my order? We understand sometimes you change your mind! You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we're unable to stop the process.
- I want to change my order? Oops! Once your order is placed, we can't adjust it. So please double-check before you hit ‘Order’.
- Where is my order? If your parcel cannot be delivered (delivery not possible), it will automatically be returned to us. Unfortunately, we cannot resend returned parcels, they are automatically refunded. Refunds can take up to 5 working days after the return arrives. Please note that Royal Mail charges for returned items, this will be deducted from your refund. Costs are: UK parcels £2.50 / EU parcels £3.50. If you believe your parcel is lost, then please contact us at hello@tuberspice.com. We will investigate and keep in close contact with you and the shipping company to resolve it swiftly.
- Cancellation/return of my order: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, here's how our cancellation and return process works:
- Cancellation within 14 days: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, you must return unopened items to us within this cancellation period to be eligible for a refund.
- Refuse delivery: If your parcel is still in transit, you can refuse the delivery at the door. The parcel will be returned to us automatically, and Royal Mail return costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Return after acceptance: If you have already accepted the parcel, we only accept returns if the item is damaged.
- Condition of items: Please ensure the items are in their original, unopened condition. We cannot accept returns of opened or perishable goods for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Incorrect order: If your order is incorrect, please contact us at: hello@tuberspice.com. We will need your name, order number and a photo of the issue so we can help quickly..
- My order has arrived damaged. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch at hello@tuberspice.com, and our customer service team will help resolve the issue.
- I'd like a refund: If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving it.
- Faulty items: We will issue a refund or send a replacement for faulty items. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unopened condition.
- Opened products: Please note, we cannot offer refunds for items that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
Delivery
- How long does delivery take? We process orders on weekdays only. Orders placed after 11am on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping.
- What are your delivery costs? We ship via Royal Mail and our costs are based on large letter pricing.
- Do you ship internationally? At the moment, we only ship to EU countries. We’re working on expanding our shipping zones, so be sure to check back soon for updates!
- What are your delivery times? Orders will be packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Please note: During certain promotions (e.g. Black Friday), public holidays (such as Easter, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day/Father's Day), or due to unforeseen circumstances (like extreme weather or internal processing delays), delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
- Can I change the delivery address? As your order is sent directly to our warehouse and processed, we are unfortunately unable to change your address in our system.
