BEST RECIPES EVER – air fryer garlic bread

print recipe

Back with MY TOP 10 RECIPES EVER and it was only a matter of time til we hit the air fryer fans! And what better than a beautifully golden garlic bread that ooozes bucket loads of garlic. I can legit taste this as I write it.

I used six cloves of garlic for this recipe which may seem a lot but this is garlic bread…we’re going all in. Just don’t eat this prior or during a date, especially if you like the person. No amount of chewing gum will help but to be honest, you won’t wanna forget how good this snack was.

This recipe is from my book, Poppy Cooks: The Actually Delicious Air Fryer Cookbook if ya fancy purchasing it. I’ve obviously got to plug my book somewhere in this recipe hehe. Did I mention this book has sold over 100k copies and made it onto the Sunday Times bestseller list?! I’m really going hard with this plug.

  1. Cream the butter with a fork, until pale, then add the garlic and parsley and mix until smooth. You might find this easier to do in a food processor. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cut slices along the length of the baguette, cutting only about two-thirds of the way through the loaf so as not to slice it completely, and spread the garlic butter evenly into the gaps. Don't hold back.
  3. Heat the air fryer to 200c/400f.
  4. Wrap the filled baguette with foil, place it in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, until warmed through and the garlicky butter is melted and oozy. (You can cut the baguette into section to fit the air fryer basket if you need to).
